Daniel Molano's Personal Biography

Everyone is already well aware of what I do, as can be seen in the short description below my picture on the sidebar. In this section you will be able to find out more about the personal side of me and also how I started my online enterprise.

My full name is Daniel Molano Fajardo and I was born in Bogota, Colombia on the 18th of February, 1987. I have lived all over the world due to my father's work and later on his journalism career.

I have lived in Colombia, Spain, England and Mexico to name a few. So basically, I developed a passion for travelling and I have also become remarkably fluent in both English and Spanish.

Thanks to all the travelling, I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet many people and experience several cultures.

As I got out of high school, I was very confused on which path to take with my life. I even took part in an acting workshop, I also attended a cooking academy, meanwhile I was deciding on what to really do.

Finally, I decided to start a career in university and parallelly focus on my online business.

In 2009 I opened an Internet Marketing firm in Mexico City called VirKet.com. This firm was dedicated to launching special internet projects and providing Internet Marketing Services to large corporations. Fast forward 5 months and we were the #1 in the country. Simply, because unlike the others, we provided tangible results and extremely high return over investment in sales for our clients, not just promises of creativity and everyone seeing the company's advertisements with no true results (what they like to pitch as "branding").

One month later, we partnered with Increase Visibility Inc. – Voted as the #1 Online Marketing firm in the entire world (http://online-marketing-services-review.toptenreviews.com/) and #855 fastest growing company in America according to Inc. 5000 magazine. That's how I became the Chief Operating Officer of Increase Visibility Mexico.

Due to the unprecedented growth and revenue of the Mexico branch, surpassing that of Increase Visibility Inc. in the US, VirKet.com the original Mexican company acquires Increase Visibility Mexico and absorbs it into what is now known as the VirKet Group.

We have won several awards including the CNN Expansion award to the best of e-business and we're currently leading the two largest and most ambitious internet marketing projects in all of Latin America with our strategic alliances.

How did I get started?

Throughout my adolescence I had a few low paying jobs, which you would think is the only thing a student could possibly aspire for. The usual, obnoxious bosses, horrible payments, long working hours and the like. So I thought to myself "This can't possibly be life… at least not mine."

Having heard about people making massive fortunes through the internet, I decided to take a look and give it a shot. After all, I always had a passion for computers, even though my technical skills were close to none.

So I grabbed my computer and purchased a mediocre online course on internet marketing. While the course left much to wish for, it was quite enlightening. I got to see the basics of how money was being made online. I also got to see how about 99% of all "make money online" products, services and promises are blatant scams.

There I was, a 21 year old college student with zero technical and programming skills trying to make it in the massive online world, and with a total budget of $0.00 to invest I might add. All I had was my home computer and an internet connection.

This was going on about late July 2008, then I came accross an amazing internet marketing forum, the Warrior Forum. Where a lot of experienced online entrepreneurs hang out, share and discuss their ideas.

For about 45 days I was there doing small bits of things suggested in the forum, and I was making absolutely no money. Yet I didn't give up, I was told by a colleague to do something that has worked for me on a small scale and take consistent massive action on it, and that's exactly what I did.

The formula for making money online is based on one simple factor: Targeted traffic. If you can generate massive amounts of targetted traffic, you can then monetize that traffic (by traffic I mean unique visitors to any given website).

If you have that, no matter how bad your sites/blogs are and no matter how terrible your method of monetization is, you will make money. The reverse also applies, if you have the best website in the world, the best product ever created by man, and you don't have targetted traffic, you will never make any profit.

And I had generated some decent traffic through a method known as SEO. I stepped it up a notch, improved my method, added a few things to it along the way and learnt from my mistakes.

Next thing I know I'm making over $8,000 USD in my second month of working from home online. I was shocked, I couldn't believe how easy it was. Then again, if it's so easy, why do statistics show that 90% of the individuals who attempt an online business fail miserably to make any money online?

I gave it some thought and I had what can be defined as an epiphany. The average individual lacks the know how, they are not congruent or consistent with their actions and most importantly, they have absolutely no clue of how to do it. Due to so many scams, rip-offs and poor products on how to make money online out there, people simply get lost and terribly misled along the way.

I knew about a few proven methods that do indeed work, but I decided to compile my experience, my success and my perfected method into a detailed step by step plan of action that anyone could follow, regardless of their level of experience and/or technical knowledge. It was something that basically any human being alive could do. And that is how The Newbie Blueprint was born.

It was a surprising success, over 5,000 copies have been sold to date. Some people kept sending me e-mails on how my product changed their life, some people were calling me a "guru" and some actual gurus (I don't consider myself as one) were congratulating me on the product.

That was the major turning point in my life, I had discovered my true passion: To help others succeed online and achieve what I have. Therefore I continued to work on my method, improve it further through trial and error, adding new things I discovered to it and then sharing it with the rest of the world. At the same time I continued to update "The Newbie Blueprint" and I still do to this day.

Nevertheless, I saw how some people just couldn't make it with "The Newbie Blueprint" alone. Several customers kept on asking me if I did any coaching/mentoring/consulting. Therefore I also started doing personal one on one online business consulting as that is the best possible way to get the message through and to teach my clients.

In short, on my fifth month of working online I was making 6 figures, through SEO, affiliate marketing sales, advertisement space, CPA leads, "The Newbie Blueprint" sales and my coaching program. That could be considered a significant achievement, but the best part is that I was doing so while genuinely helping others to succeed.

I was making a lot of money by pursuing my true passion!

When I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. Experts and even some "gurus" started looking for me to joint venture and partner with them. As I continued with it, everything just kept getting better. I was following my passion, I was making more money each day, and as I did, more and more people were guided towards their online success.

After thousands of dollars invested and reinvested into my online business, I have formed a great team and we have developed a powerful business model.
